Overview

It is Gateway to the Himalayas and being on the bank of the river Ganges it is an ideal destination for adventure activities like rafting, trekking, rock climbing, kayaking, etc. Rishikesh is one of the major tourist and pilgrimage hubs in northern India, where people from across the world arrive in search of peace. Auli is a famous hill station and a popular winter destination as ski resort of India, known for its snowy slopes, Auli has everything that an ideal tourist dreamed for like Himalayan Views, Meadows, adventure activities, romantic vistas, cable cars and much more. The hill station has a plethora of wildflowers and trees like deodars, oaks, coniferous and pine forests. One of India’s best known and oldest wildlife sanctuaries, the Jim Corbett National Park, a part of the larger Corbett Tiger Reserve, a Project Tiger Reserve lies along the Ramganga River at the foot of the Kumaon Hills.The magical landscape of Corbett is well known and fabled for its tiger richness.

Itinerary

Day 1
ARRIVAL AT DELHI – RISHIKESH (260 KMS)

On arrival airport or railway station meet and greet with our representative at delhi and drive to Rishikesh. On reaching, check-in at a hotel. Referred to as the ‘Yoga Capital of the World’ and ‘Gateway to the Uttarakhand Himalayas’, Rishikesh allures both peace seekers and adventure enthusiasts.. After relaxing some time, embark on half-day sightseeing. Visit Ram jhula and Laxman Jhula- not just iron suspension bridges but popular landmarks too. In the evening, you can also attend Ganga Arti, on the banks of Holy Ganga ghat. Soak-in the spiritual-feel and savor the lovely views. Dinner, and overnight stay in the Rishikesh hotel

Day 2
RISHIKESH

Today after breakfast the day is scheduled for partaking in adventure activities such as body surfing, rappelling, cliff jumps, bungee jumping, rock climbing, jungle walks, trekking and waterfalls. The surrounding mountains, gushing holy Ganga River, thick forests etc offer excellent opportunities for all these thrilling activities. Later visit wildlife safari in Rajaji National Park. Surrounded by the Shivalik Ranges, this national park and tiger reserve lies at the foothill of the Himalayas. You can spot various kinds of animals such as elephants, tigers, panthers, spotted deer, sambhar, wild boar, barking deer, goral, 2 species of bears, Himalayan black sloth and more than 400 avifauna species. Dinner, and overnight stay in the Rishikesh hotel.

Day 3
RISHIKESH TO JOSHIMATH (260 KMS)

After breakfast check out from hotel and transfer to Joshimath.. Treat your eyes to the unforgettable views of the sunset that goes down behind the Nanda Devi and other snow-clad peaks. On arrival in Joshimath, check in at the hotel. Over-night at the Hotel.

Day 4
DAY 04: JOSHIMATH -AULI ( 12KMS)

Start the day with breakfast at hotel. Later, begin drive to Auli. The distance is 12 km, If you do not wish to travel by road, the other option is to take the 3.9 km cable car ride at your own cost. Named as longest cable car ride in Asia.The cable car opens up to the mesmerizing views of the surroundings, truly a treat for your senses. Auli, being a skiing destination, if you visit in the appropriate month you can enjoy a great time skiing in the valleys with your spouse. Another beauty you can cover in the day in Auli is Auli Artificial Lake. Named among the highest man-made lakes in the world, it is a beauty. Surrounded by mighty peaks of Himalayas, the lake was created to produce artificial snow when natural conditions fail to do so.
After the days’ exciting thrills, return for a sumptuous dinner. Overnight stay at Joshimath

Day 5
JOSHIMATH - JIM CORBETT ( 300 KMS)

Post breakfast, hit the road to go to the very well-known national park and Tiger Reserve- Jim Corbett National Park. ounded as Hailey National park in the year 1936, Corbett National park is the oldest national park in India. It is extremely popular for housing a decent population of leopards, elephants, spotted dear and tigers. The park does not only varied animal variety but is also home to an amazing population of avifauna species, over 650 types of birds can be spotted here. In the evening arrive at the national park. Check-in at your wildlife resort. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.

Day 6
DAY 06: - JIM CORBETT

Get ready for an early morning wildlife safari (Charges applicable) inside the Corbett National Park. Donned with clear streams and rivers, dense forests and grasslands, the park is abode to several species of deer, wild boar, sloth bear, leopard, gharial crocodile, fresh-water dolphin and around 450 species of birds. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.

Day 7
JIM CORBETT TO DELHI (310 KMS )

After having your breakfast, leave jim corbett and head back to Delhi airport/ railway station for your onward journey. The tour ends here.
