Srinagar: There is a small one with a vibrant flower garden and enchanting clear water lakes in the middle of the spectacular plains and mountains of the Kashmir valley, with a height of around 1600 meters above sea level, where boating fun is different. This place is like a haven for those who are tired of the summer heat. In this capital city of Kashmir, the Mughals designed several gardens, which still attract tourists. There is also a Shankaracharya temple where you can stand on the ledges and gaze out over the area. The beauty of Srinagar’s Dal Lake is well-known throughout the world. In this lake, there are more than a thousand waterfalls. Its pure, holy water is associated with peace. Around the lake, there are many gardens and beautiful buildings to see the velvety lane, but the same cold winds and different kinds of fragrance will drive you insane.

Overview
Gulmarg is a town in Kashmir, as well as a hill station and a popular skiing destination. Gulmarg is part of the Pir Panjal Range in the Western Himalayas and is surrounded by the Gulmarg Wildlife Sanctuary. Gulmarg, just 52 kilometers from Srinagar, is 2,730 meters above sea level and is fully shrouded in snow throughout the winter. As a result, winter adventure sports such as snowboarding, heli-skiing, and off-piste skiing (skiing on off-piste ski runs) are common. Its ski slopes have been rated the seventh-best in Asia. The Apharwat peak, which can be reached through the Gulmarg Gondola, the world’s second-highest cable car ride, is nestled in the shadow of Gulmarg.
As it glides over hills and valleys, almost disappearing in mist and clouds, a ride on this gondola is a once-in-a-lifetime experience! It was renamed Gulmarg by Yousuf Shah of the Chak dynasty in the 1500s. It was originally known as Gauri Marg (meaning “the way of Devi Gauri”).
